Case: Excellent condition previously polished 40mm 18K yellow gold case that shows very light wear. The reference 78668 bracelet is in excellent condition and is very tight. The bezel is also in excellent condition.
Movement: Zenith automatic caliber 4030 is in good operating condition and keeping good time, service history is unknown.
